Through our own factory and specialized partner manufacturing network, we provide OEM and ODM support from reference images, samples or tech packs through product development, sampling and bulk production. OEM and ODM Support We help customers turn product ideas into production-ready specifications. Depending on the project, our services can include design review, fabric and trim sourcing, sample development, printing and embroidery, custom labels, packaging, bulk production and quality control. Customers can begin a project by providing reference images, physical samples, artwork or tech packs. Our Manufacturing Model MinCharm combines its own manufacturing operation with a network of specialized partner factories. Production is assigned according to product category, materials, construction requirements, order quantity and delivery schedule. This model allows us to coordinate different apparel and soft-goods categories while providing customers with a central point of communication throughout development and production. Quality and Compliance Quality requirements are confirmed before production. Depending on the order, inspections can cover materials, pre-production samples, measurements, workmanship, finished products and packaging. Selected partner factories within our manufacturing network hold BSCI social-compliance audit records or ISO 9001 certification. Certification availability and scope depend on the factory selected for each production program. Order Information Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style and color. Typical sampling takes 7–10 days, while bulk production usually takes 25–35 days. Actual timelines depend on materials, design complexity, order quantity, sample approval and production scheduling.
