Can the final production price change after sampling or material confirmation?

Yes — the final price may change if confirmed requirements differ An initial quotation is based on the product specifications, materials, customization requirements, and estimated quantity available at the time of inquiry. If the project begins with only reference images or incomplete specifications, some details may still need to be confirmed through material sourcing and sample development. Changes that may affect the price The final production price may be adjusted if the approved sample or confirmed requirements differ from the information used for the initial quotation: A different fabric composition, weight, or GSM Custom-dyed fabric or special finishing Different zippers, buttons, ribbing, lining, or other trims Added printing, embroidery, washing, or branding details More complex construction or workmanship Changes to the size range, quantity, or number of colors Custom labels, hangtags, barcodes, or packaging Buyer-requested revisions after the first sample Sampling does not automatically mean that the price will increase. A price adjustment is required only when the confirmed product or order requirements change the materials, processes, labor, or production setup used for the original quotation. Any necessary price adjustment should be reviewed and confirmed before bulk production begins. Once the sample, materials, trims, product specifications, packaging, quantity, and production price are approved, bulk manufacturing can proceed according to the confirmed requirements.
