A loose-fit, short-sleeve training tee built for sportswear and athleisure brands. Raglan sleeves, crew neck, curved hem and a clean back-neck tab. Fabric, color and branding can be developed to your Tech Pack or reference sample. The diagonal seam runs from the underarm to the neckline, giving the shoulder more room to move during training. Sleeve angle and length can be adjusted in sampling. A clean ribbed neckline with a small back-neck loop/tab for added detail. Neck width and rib composition can be customized per project. The front and back hems are slightly longer at the sides, creating a balanced silhouette. Hem shape and length can be revised to match your specs. Generous body width and dropped shoulder line for easy movement. Chest, body length and sleeve opening can be graded to your size set. This style is developed on a polyester base. The exact composition, GSM, hand feel and surface finish are decided per project, based on your target price and end use. For polyester training wear, the wicking treatment must hold through repeated washing. We confirm finish performance against the approved lab dip before bulk production. The diagonal seam must align cleanly from neck to underarm across all sizes. Any misalignment is checked at the pattern and first-sample stage. A stretched neckline on a high-movement tee creates returns and complaints. Rib recovery is checked after wash testing on the approval sample. Polyester dye lots can vary between batches. We request shade band approval and keep a retained sample for color matching during bulk. Polyester fabrics can shrink or skew after heat exposure.
